Hi there!
My name is Alan and I am a UMBC Alum. (Graduated last year) I have an apartment about 7 minutes from UMBC and I need a roommate. My current roommate (who is awesome) had to move out.
My only requirements are... you are male, you are respectful (I work full-time and enjoy my sleep), not a complete slob, can pay rent on a regular basis, and most importantly-- NOT a Lannister
Speaking of rent, it is $550 + utilities, which is about 10% lower than the other units in my building. (My lease is 4 yrs old, so it is a deal)
