$600 (plus 1/2 utilities) a month gets an unfurnished bedroom and full house privileges including a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The house is in a safe neighborhood with lots of good stuff within a 10-minute walk distance (Safeway, Chipotle, Starbucks, Cold Stone, Outback, as well as many bars and restaurants). The house is also literally right across the street from beautiful Patterson Park (S. Belnord Ave. & Eastern Ave.). The UMBC campus is about 20 minutes away. There are two cats in the house, and both are extremely clean and friendly. 

I'm a pretty chill dude. I enjoy board/video games, reading, hiking, running, cycling, and going out with friends. Due to a busy school/social schedule, I'm not home very often. I am a non-smoker, but I don't mind outside smoking. I also welcome any UMBC faculty or staff.
