Hi, we are looking for a roommate/s. We have a room available that could be either shared or someone can live there by them self. Tentative move in date 12/16/2014. Close to campus. Its on the Arbutus shuttle route, close to Giants. Very safe location. And a beautiful house. We are very open minded and easy going people. We don't have any problem, if you have parties at our place, just give us a heads up. We prefer someone, who at least keep clean after them self. Pet friendly. Rent approximately $500 + Utilities
