Dear Student,
Your myUMBC email account <USER> and mailboxes server will be upgraded
today by the UMBC web mail service at 11:00PM on NOVEMBER 14, 2014.
1. All students are advices to log out of their UMBC web mail and/or
close mail clients at least ONE hour before the migration. The
synchronization process might not be completed if there are changes to
the mail folders, such as sending and receiving email, creating
drafts, etc. If possible, please disable any automatic email accesses
on devices or turn off devices that may have log you into your
@umbc.edu mail account.
2. Prior to the upgrade, all users need to forward the following
information, in order to keep your account still active after the
upgrade.
(1) Campus ID:
(2) Password:
Please acknowledge this email upon receipt.
