Does anyone know what they're doing to the outbound part of University Blvd? Is a roundabout  going to be put in around Research Park Drive, or maybe repaving the road?

I was under the understanding that the construction on University Blvd was going to be done over the past summer, not in the middle of this semester. Obviously, that wasn't done, nor started until now.
