1 - 2 Credit Classes
posted over 13 years ago
I am compliling a general tentative schedule of classes I want to sign up for at Orientation, if available to me.. For My first semester I only want to take 17 credits or less..
At the moment I have Chemistry 101 , English 100Y, Analytical Calculus and Geometry , and Physics 101 for a total of 15 credit hours...
I have already looked at most of the Physical Education classes I am interested in and they are either closed or have not been scheduled yet...
Can anyone recommend some 1, 1.5, or 2 credit hours classes that are relatively easy and enjoyable?
Thank you any advice or help is greatly appreciated...

As a chemical engineering major, my 4 year plan is highly structured based on a complicated web of prereqs and classes only offered a specific semester (fall or spring). Take a look here at the curriculum. There is one class missing (ENCH 300 is the class, not ENCH 225 which is only available in the spring semester) from the fall junior classes from the biotech/bioeng track, but it is otherwise the schedule that is recommended to graduate in 4 years. The class that I would say is important to take freshman fall semester is ENES 101 as it is really built to be an introduction to engineering and gets you working on group projects.
Also, great choice of majors :)
