Looking for a student roommate

I am looking for a student roommate to share my 1 bedroom apartment for a temporary time. The living room has enough space and comfort for another person to live. I do not care if you I move to hall or someone else. We have to share the bathroom though. Start and end date are negotiable. The house is very close to UMBC and it is on UMBC Catonsville Line (shuttles). It is in a perfect location, very great neighborhood. It is on the first floor. Very spacious and convenient for two persons to live. Convenient parking and a very nice patio toward the woods. Very quite and safe, central heating and cooling, nice washer and dryer, nice kitchen and bathroom. Great access to major roads, route 40, and 695/95.
I ask for half rent ($495, water and internet are included). We split the electricity (usually not more than $30 each).
