asking for public opinions for public tennis court usage

Dear all,

I am writing to ask for public opinions for fairness to use the umbc outdoor tennis courts.

I was playing tennis last night on the umbc courts, around 7pm, some UMBC tennis club members (NOT UMBC TEAM members) ask me to leave, because they booked the courts from 7pm to 9pm Monday through Thursday.

This means that anybody does not belong to the tennis club can not play during the week days, since we are all either working or having class during the daytime.

I am asking if it is fair for a relatively small number of people to monopolize a public resource that belongs to the whole UMBC community?
