I am moving out and looking for someone to replace myself at our townhouse 1 mile from UMBC. The neighborhood is very safe and the townhouse is very clean and up kept.
Roommates: 2 male recent grads from UMBC, working full time, 1 female senior at UMBC, roommates are socially normal very clean!! and the house is quiet during the week
Rent: 415$ a month, lease is monthly so you can leave anytime, no security deposits necessary
House: 3 rooms upstairs, 1 in basement, 2 bath, finished basement, large kitchen, living room dining room, projector movie screen in living room, privacy fenced in back yard with grill
