Horse Parking

I was thinking I could tie down my horse somewhere on da row or near the pond, but at the same time I'm a bit concerned people will messing with it and whether or not I'd get a ticket for "illegal horse parking." So, is there any place on campus where I could park my horse without getting a ticket or someone messing with my horse?

I hear that Dr. H.'s office is a safe place to park horses.
But, FYI: People have been stealing horses on campus, so please write down its serial number and provide it to the UMBC police so that if it happens to you your horse will be easier to identify and recover. :D
