Sleep Hygiene
How many of you practice sleep hygiene?

Based on the results of my sleep poll posted yesterday, it is good to know that majority of us are getting decent amount of sleep per night. Now lets talk quality... I have been practicing sleep hygiene for the last three years...no soundor light , wearing my eye mask and custom earplugs(you can get them on amazon) , no tv or any electronic device about an hour to 30 mins before bed time, going to bed at the same time every night consistently and waking up at a fixed time in the morning. just like nature intended. I started performing better in my classes esp. lab classes after i started this. I even started enjoying some things i used to find boring. How many of u feel that this is boring or unnecessary? Do you practice sleep hygiene?
