Master bedroom in a townhouse

Hello guys!
I have a master bedroom available in my current townhouse. I am moving out in about a month or two and need someone to live here and pay the rent while the lease is still running. It is a 3 bedroom town house located off frederick road which is about 6 minutes from UMBC. There are two other roommates here.
The rent is $365 plus utilities. Total may come out to be $500 (if that)
There are two other girls currently living here in the smaller rooms.
