    <div class="html-content">Interns develop innovative pilot projects and conduct research to support restoration of Baltimore’s urban parks, natural resources, and neighborhoods. Projects are involved in research and development, youth education and training, and community building with nonprofits, community organizations, and local government agencies like the Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks. These projects help to broaden interns’ understanding of urban natural resource and neighborhood revitalization issues, as well as the link between their classroom learning and career development. Interns have a strong record of serving Baltimore, enhancing urban parks and natural resources, and achieving academic and professional success.</div>

<Title>Preserve the Baltimore Uprising Archive: Paid internship!</Title>

    <div class="html-content"><span>Internship Description:</span><div><br><span>The H. Furlong Baldwin Library at the Maryland Historical Society library is seeking undergraduate or graduate level interns to assist with the Preserve the Baltimore Uprising Archive Project (</span><a href="http://www.baltimoreuprising2015.org/" rel="nofollow external" class="bo">www.baltimoreuprising2015.org</a><span>). Duties entail conducting oral history interviews, organizing digital photographs and other items, maintaining inventory lists, and making information available to researchers via the web. Maturity, reliability, and attention to detail are essential. Interns will work directly with the Digital Projects Manager, Special Collections Librarians, and Imaging Services technician. Internship work hours: a minimum of 2 hours per shift anytime between Tuesday through Friday, 10am - 4:30pm.     <div class="html-content"><div>The Maryland Historical Trust (MHT), the State's historic preservation office, located within the Maryland Department of Planning (MDP), is seeking an enthusiastic and energetic individual to fill the position of Assistant Grants Manager in its Office of Administration. </div><div><br></div><div>This position primarily performs duties associated with the administration of State-funded Historical Preservation, Maryland Heritage Area Authority and African American Heritage Preservation Grant Programs. This position also assists the Grants Manager with the State Loan Program, the Federally-funded Certified Local Government Pass-Through Grants, and with preparation of the annual National Park Service Historic Preservation Fund Application and End of Year Report, as needed.
