How we feel about ourselves can go up and down depending on our week. We can get tossed back and forth by the waves. May God’s Word be our anchor!

We are a chosen people. He pursued us and loved us even before we knew Him. We didn’t choose Him. He chose us. It was not by chance we are His. As chosen people, let’s choose to follow Him in the calling that we have received! We are called a royal priesthood. We have been called to minister, to serve Christ and serve others. We are a holy nation. We are citizens of God’s kingdom. We are members of God’s household. We are called to live today knowing where our eternal citizenship is. We are God’s special possession! We may not feel so special today. But know that we are. God’s Word tells the truth of who we are as people of God no matter what we may be going through. We are His people, loved and He has set us apart to make Him known! Let the truth of God’s Word transform us today.
