- Arrange/conduct club meetings
- Update club's myUMBC page
- Arrange club events
- Stays informed of events/opportunities that are of interest to members
- Reserves room for meetings/events
- Communicates with guest speakers
VICE-PRESIDENT
- Helps other officers as needed
- Updates club Facebook page
- Arrange/conduct club meetings in President's absence
- Answer questions/concerns of club members
- Communicates with guest speakers
TREASURER
- Creates club's budget for the semester
- Completes and submits fund allocation request forms
- Attends SGA finance board meetings when requesting funds
- Arranges/conducts fundraisers
- Stays informed of club's financial situation
SECRETARY
- Takes/distributes meeting minutes
- Keeps organized folder of important club documents
- Makes copies of handouts to distribute
- Manages club emails
- Takes attendance before meetings
